Anthony is a former tri-athlete and ultra marathoner that has transferred knowledge from these activities to develop fitness for the martial arts. As a fitness instructor and personal trainer, Anthony’s passion in fitness is Martial Arts, specifically Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. He’s studied continually under various instructors for more than 10 years, and practices daily.
